The Burrows is a secluded Hunter Valley cabin, tucked into a 150-acre farm near Wollombi with nothing but paddock, bush and sky around it. It's off-grid and solar-powered, a proper retreat for couples who want to hear nothing louder than the birds and the fire.

Days here are unhurried. Walk the scenic trails and open fields, say hello to Hamish and Fergus in the paddock, then bring the evening back to your own firepit with firewood ready to go. Inside, a queen bedroom, a full kitchen and a covered deck for long, slow breakfasts outside.

You're fifteen minutes from historic Wollombi, twenty from Broke's award-winning wineries, and thirty-five from Pokolbin, where you'll find concerts, gourmet food and some of the region's best cellar doors. Adventure when you want it, quiet when you don't.
